Returns & Exchanges

At WUKA®, we want you to feel confident in your period wear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items within 45 days. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on knickers that are still in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and in the sealed packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items and download the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal to attach to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
